Trademark Registration Process in Türkiye
1. Application
We prepare and file your application with all necessary documents to TÜRKPATENT.
2. Examination
TÜRKPATENT examines the application for compliance with formal requirements and registration criteria.
3. Publication
Approved applications are published in the Official Trademark Bulletin for 2 months.
4. Opposition (Optional)
Third parties may file an opposition during the publication period. We handle the defense process.
5. Registration
At the end of the process, your trademark is registered for 10 years upon payment of the registration fee.
